In past years, and especially since 2020, the landscape industry, and many other trades have had a shortfall when it comes to finding and retaining a qualified labor force. Pro Lawns is not in that position. We have a large pool of staff members that have been with our organization for 10, 15, and in some cases over 20 years!
When it comes to having an on-site crew that knows the quality and professionalism clients deserve, a continuity in staff ensures that is something Pro Lawn’s clients need not be concerned with.
